The Balance Cushion is an extremely versatile piece of equipment combining the advantages of a Gym Ball, Sitting Wedge and Wobble Board. It can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from muscle strengthening and joint stabilisation, to postnatal care.

The dome shape and unevenness of the cushion add an element of instability, maximising effort and enhancing results. The balance cushion has large spiky dimples on one side for standing and very small dimples on the reverse side for sitting.
