The York Active 110 Exercise Bike is an excellent upright cycle for cardio workouts at home. It includes 8 levels of magnetic resistance to suit your preferred training intensity and a smooth ride throughout. The bike also offers 5 built in programmes (1 manual, 4 target modes) for varied, challenging workouts. As you cycle, you can monitor your time, distance, calories burned and pulse rate which is displayed on the large 5.75" LCD monitor. Your heart rate is monitored with the pulse sensors located on the handlebars.

The Active 110 exercise cycle features an extra large padded seat that can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. It includes adjustable handlebars and balanced pedals with adjustable straps. The exercise bike comes complete with a drink water bottle holder and transport wheels.
